When something published on this site is wrong, the fix is logged here with its date, and the page it changed says what changed. Nothing is edited quietly.

Report an error
What to send
- The page, and for a study the edition, the metro and the question.
- The engine and the language, if it is about a count.
- The firm or business, and every name it goes by.
- What you think is wrong, and what you think is right.
It goes to EWR Digital, which runs the research, and you get a reply at the email you give.
How a report is checked
Against the stored answers
- The check uses the answers that were collected. Every answer behind a study is stored verbatim with its date, engine and model. A report is checked against those, not against a fresh ask today, because a fresh ask is a new measurement on a different day.
- If the count was wrong, it is fixed. A missed name, a wrong match or an arithmetic error is corrected, the range is recomputed, and the change is logged here and on the page.
- If the count was right, it stands. Whoever reported it is told which stored answers it rests on.
- A firm named more often today is not a correction. That is a change, and the next edition measures it.
