For law firms
When clients ask ChatGPT which firm to call, does it name yours?
For personal injury and mass tort firms, intake now starts before the phone rings. Someone hurt in a car accident can ask ChatGPT which lawyer to call, in English or in Spanish, and get firm names back. Pew Research Center reported in June 2026 that 49% of Hispanic adults in the U.S. say they use chatbots, the same share as U.S. adults overall.[1]
The Stack measures which firms the assistants name, in each language, every month, and works on why.
Which lawyer should I call after a car accident in Houston?
¿A qué abogado llamo después de un accidente de carro en Houston?
Two questions, two answers to measure. Each language gets its own questions and its own numbers.
Who it fits
- Personal injury and mass tort firms.
- Firms whose intake runs in Spanish as well as English.
- Firms that already have an SEO agency and want AI visibility as its own line, with its own numbers.
- Firms known by more than one name.
- Owners who judge marketing by signed cases.
Who it does not
- Anyone who wants a guaranteed placement.
- Anyone who wants a ChatGPT "rank".
- Anyone who wants to pay per signed case.
Method, not results
What changes for a law firm
Each language is measured on its own
The Spanish questions are written in Spanish, in the words your intake team hears, not translated from the English list. They are scored separately, because a firm can be named in one language and missing in the other.
Every name you go by is checked
If clients know the firm by more than one name, the assistant has to work out that they are one firm. Tier 1 checks each name against every profile, and the measurement counts a mention under any of them. EWR Digital sets out this work in entity reconciliation for law firms.
A referee for vendor promises
If a directory or lead vendor sells you a package that promises AI visibility, take a baseline before the package starts and ask the same questions after. Then you know whether it changed what the assistants say.
Your responsible lawyer approves everything
Nothing is published or submitted on the firm's behalf until your responsible lawyer has approved it.
Fees
How we are paid
One flat monthly fee. Never a fee per signed case, per lead, or a share of fees.
You will still judge the work by signed cases, and you should. We give you the numbers that show whether the assistants' answers moved. The fee does not move with them.
Start with a baseline in each language
Before any work, we measure where the firm stands today, in English and in Spanish, so every later number has something to be compared with.
